Hmmm... maybe I should clarify the entry a bit. The movie is funny to me because of the way the two characters have to touch each other so intimately and position themselves in ways that make them uncomfortable, because it looks like a homosexual position (think "The Ambiguously Gay Duo" and how they fight). I think you'd enjoy the movie. In fact the only gay character in the film (I think) is the stalker fan.
As for Hills, I'm a horror fan, there isn't much I'd pass on there, but I prefer really scary to really gory. :)
