Great Saturday at the Movies

Got up a little late this morning. Stayed up late having a great time talking on the phone with mat_t who is as charming on the phone as he is on here. Hope to chat with him again sometime soon.

After eating an early lunch and chatting on the phone with my sis this morning, I decided to head to the movies. Saw "Timeline," based on a Michael Crichton book I read years ago. I thought it was a good flick, starts with a boom and doesn't really slow down. The movie has a Scots bear type named Gerard Butler who is a major hottie. I had to sit all the way up front because the theatre was a bit full. When the scene came for him to take his shirt off, I realized it was the best seat in the house!

I was a bit wired after I left the theater and remembered that I had my gym bag in the car, so I decided to hit the gym. I hadn't been to Gold's for a couple of weeks and I've felt guilty about that. I gave myself a good workout. I'm feeling good now, I'll be sore as heck tomorrow. Such is life. At least I got to watch some of the "Twin Towers" in the cardio cinema.

I've decided to relax a bit tonight, find my sketch pad, and see what develops.
