Smiling Bob is the TV commerial character for Enzyte, the "all-natural male enhancement" pill that is supposed to cause enlargement and increased stamina of male private parts. They are always accompanied by Bob who has a very satisfied and grinning wife back home (though neither Bob or the missus are all that attractive).
