Free, Free, Finally Free

All of my accumulated leave had caught up to me. I had to schedule some leave or lose it by the end of the year, so I took the rest of this week off and most of next week. I am off until next Friday (yeah, the day after Thanksgiving), which will be nice because it'll be a slow day.

I went to the gym and then ran some errands. I got my photos for my personal passport taken (the one I have is for work only and I don't get to keep it). Needless to say, they look like they were taken by the DMV. The lady didn't even ask me if I liked them, but I guess they are what they are. And no, I'm not posting them.

aceofspace may be traveling through here on his way to our hometown, so hopefully, we'll get to hang out for a day or so. Monday, I head to Corbin myself to see my family for the holidays. Tomorrow, I may catch the Harry Potter flick...

I've never heard of a passport being only for work purposes. That's like having to have separate drivers licenses for driving to work vs. driving to the store.

Well, my work passport says that I'm on official business of the US Gov't, so I can't use it for personal reasons.
