Dreaming of Dad Working on Our House

I had a very odd dream last night. Odd in one sense in that I woke up at 1:30 AM after dreaming it. Odd in another in that it involved my deceased dad, whom I never really dream about directly. I actually took notes with the intention of posting it earlier this morning, but got tied up. Anyway...
