The Morning After Softball

My team "The Stray Cats" had back-to-back softball games last night, despite the threat of rain. We only had 11 guys show up last night, so there was no rotating of players, only positions. We played C&D Northsiders first, led by a very nice daddy bear. I got a nice hit to left center during that game, followed by a few decent base hits in the following game against the Below Zero Lounge guys (and gals). We won both games.
I played the entire night, which is good as I needed the field experience, but it makes for one very aching body the next day.
