The story of a Kazakhstani TV reporter who comes to America to film a documentary of his visit for his country. In his travels, there are some pretty wide differences in cultural issues, resulting in some hilarious and uncomfortable situations. He falls in love with Pamela Anderson after seeing her on Baywatch and travels across the country to go to California to meet her.
The movie is filmed as a documentary and I think several of the scenes were filmed with legitimately secret video, the reactions of some of the people involved just looked too genuine. There are some really funny scenes in this movie, too many to list here. There is also some male nudity and some very homoerotic nude fighting/wrestling with his manager. That scene caused a family of four to leave the theater in protest I think. They never came back. That just made the movie experience even more fun. :)
Did I enjoy the movie? Yeah, it was pretty entertaining.
Would I watch it again? Probably.
Buy the DVD? It was funny, but not something I could see myself buying.
