Apr. 3rd, 2005 07:18 pmI brought work home, but haven't gotten any of it started. Sigh...
My mom canceled on me this past weekend, which was okay as she wasn't feeling well. Now she's coming this Wednesday and staying until Sunday. The only negative is that I start a new inspection tomorrow and I cannot take any time off until I get it done. Darn it. Oh well, Mom will have the run of my house and I'll be able to spend time with her at night. Plus... she's told me.. my quilt is done!!!! *Does happy dance*
This weekend I was chatting with someone who is still in the closet. In his late 30's, he's getting frustrated and I think is very close to making a decision on coming out. For those of you who work in or know of the gay support areas, can you recommend any websites I can forward to him to look through or any organizations that can help? I remember those days and I always felt like there was support for gay teens, but gay adults seem to have fewer avenues. Any help would be appreciated...
