Rant on.. 3rd Party Booksellers

digibob some weeks back, I became hooked on the satirical and parodical exploits of "America's Best Christian" Betty Bowers. As the founder of Bringing Integrity To Christian Homemakers (BITCH's), she is a flawless example of what being Southern Baptist can do to a person.
Anyway, I wanted to order her book, WWBD.. What Would Betty Do from Amazon. Naturally, the Amazon Marketplace had several new copies for far less than what Amazon is selling, so I ordered from "florenceclark.com", who had a decent rating.
That was on April 20th and the damn thing hasn't arrived yet! Amazon gives the shipping estimate through May 11th, but I never dreamed it would actually take that long to ship a book from New Jersey to Kentucky! I've tried to email the seller twice, but gotten no response. I read more of the seller feedback and found this to be a pattern of sorts. Why would people give someone a rating of "5" on a one-to-five scale when they received their book a month after ordering it?!!! I'm kicking myself for doing this. Naturally my rating for them will be much, much lower! If it's not in my mailbox today, I'm calling them. This is extrememly poor service! Ugh!!!
