It's Skyline Time....
Mar. 24th, 2005 07:47 amAfter a rather exciting day at work, I met up with
bearfuz at his hotel for an early dinner. Chip and I had planned to hit Hamburger Mary's, but he'd already done that one, so he wanted Skyline. No problem, Skyline is my office's default lunch place, when we can't decide on any place else to go.
In a relatively empty restaurant, Chip and I had dinner and he filled me in on the "Trailer Trash" theme party he and the crew had put together this past weekend. The pictures are great! I told him that
cincycub and I were planning on hitting the Saturday matinee of Big River and he said he would check into possibly getting us a backstage tour. How cool!
Afterwards, I went home and my energy level just plummeted, so I went to bed a bit early, only to be awakened by a phone call from the ever-handsome god of procrastination
mat_t, with whom I had a sleepy, hazy and brief conversation with that I barely remember. :P
Update: I forgot the warm and fuzzy moment of the day. I saw two young deer in my neighbor's front yard on my way to work this morning. All I could think was "how cute!"
