Back at Work

The first day back to work after being sick is usually a horrid day. I spent the first few hours of the morning trying to get caught up. Guzzling my Diet Coke (ah sweet caffeine), I managed. After a relatively boring morning, things speeded up after a meeting with the boss, followed by more boring stuff and drawing a quick retirement cartoon for a co-worker. Thank goodness for LiveJournal.

The morning meeting promised a very interesting week and I was eager to get to it.. then I checked the Kenton County Court website. I have jury duty tomorrow. Awww.. nuts! At least, I get to sleep in a little bit in the morning.
