The Walls Are Down...

... at least for the moment. The "quota time" block on LJ seems to have been dropped. I've been reading for at least ten minutes and I've not been stopped. Mwahahahaha! I feel free! On to the odds and ends of the week...

I've been acting boss at work for the last week and it's kept me running, so it's not like I've had a chance to read this during the day anyway. It's okay I guess. They don't pay me to LJ (oooh, the use of "LJ" as a verb).

The new computer is still something of a toy. I'm still moving files around and trying to get everything back into relative normalcy. I'll be coloring cartoons on it by the weekend I hope. There are still a handful of files left to salvage on the old computer, but I think it'll require help from others to get them. The old computer isn't cooperating as much as it did in the beginning. Most of the missing files are photos from here and there, but trip pics and family pics are safe.

I may be switching to a new softball team. As much as I love the guys on my team, I need more playing time and that doesn't seem to be happening. I've one more night in this session then I'll contact the coordinator to see what my options are for switching, if any.

I've come to the realization that I can't schedule my life around anticipated work. Sometimes life needs to come first. Now to see how effectively I can put that into practice.

And now a word from our sponsor... Boudreaux's Butt Paste!. Now minty fresh!

of course LJ is a verb! oh, except for when it's a noun.

*wonders if I can make it an adjective somehow*

It is an adjective, isn't it? We often say things like "in an LJ post" where LJ describes the post or entry.

I once ranked fourth in the Language Arts competition at the Governor's Scholars thing-a-mabob. As you can see, it stuck.

It's an interesting product, huh? It does make it sound like it might stick your cheeks together. Ewww...

Lol, as opposed to spreading them apart which is the general idea...
Uhoh...sounds like dangerous territory... ;)

Welcome back! :)

You're the very first person I've seen who has used LJ as a verb! Congrats, you trendsetter!

HUGS!
