A Very Fresh Haircut

Has anyone ever gotten an uncomfortable feeling while getting a haircut?

I just got a haircut, which amounts to putting various-sized guards on a trimmer. Needless to say my haircuts are not elaborate. I swear that I felt like the lady cutting my hair was getting a bit overly touchy-feely with me.

After she buzzed my head, she seemed to take an inordinate amount of time rubbing my head and the back of my neck. She took her "duster" thing with powder to my neck. This thing ended up down the back of my shirt... and then it went down the front.

Now in decades of getting my haircut in different shops by barbers/stylists of both sexes, this has never happened. I left feeling like I'm the one who should be getting paid.

I have this friend who was asked if he'd like the "happy ending" after his haircut.

He said yes.

The stylist broke out handpuppets and put on a show.

I'm actually kidding, but the thought always makes me laught.

I think the puppet show would have been fun! :)

i wish a head and neck massage came with every cut!

I'd dust your front too, though! lol

Heh :)

When do you want me to brush your front AND back. :P

I'm not sure how to handle this outside the context of a haircut now...

Was she at least hot in a trashy kind of way?

[identity profile] kybearfuzz.livejournal.com 2008-11-24 10:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Ummmm.. no... she was telling me about her bald, biker husband with the full beard. I was thinking more of him than her.

I dunno. How much would you charge me to give you a haircut?

[identity profile] kybearfuzz.livejournal.com 2008-11-25 03:10 am (UTC)(link)
LOL... depends on which hairy area you're trimming... :)

[identity profile] njbearcub1.livejournal.com 2008-11-25 03:25 am (UTC)(link)
Hmmm. There are still a few hairy areas you haven't shown me yet.

;-)

Some areas are best shown in person... :)

I've had the same, bit creepy eh!
Still, over here a shoulder/neck rub is standard.

A quick rub I could understand, but this seemed excessive...

I've had my barber's business resting on my arm a few times; I think it was unintentional, though.

[identity profile] kybearfuzz.livejournal.com 2008-11-25 12:12 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, his business is often right next to the arm. Unless he was rubbing it against you, I think he was okay. :D
