Last night was the annual Pride Night at Kings Island. Despite the early rain, things cleared up and everyone seemed to have a good time. aceofspace joined me this year where we met up with some of the usual gang, including demcub, cincycub, cub_steiger, and a first time visit by Sean fedex_cub, who usually had to work that night. It was a good time. I woke up rather tired and sore this morning from all that jarring on the rides :).

Super Liberal Straight Guy at work asked me about this last night and I didnt believe him that it was this early in the season. I didnt hear anything from anyone mentioning it this year. Not a peep.

Of course I have been a little distracted...

I have been wondering why they moved the night this year. We even got free parking and all I can think of is that there must have been a scheduling conflict with another event and the park gave us some perks in order to move the night. I don't think the change was well advertised in my opinion.

And a new house is certainly a reason to be distracted. :)

that's exactly it. The park asked the Center to move it up and in exchange they gave them free parking :)

Argh! I wish I could have been there. Sounds like a good time though. :)
