iPod Shuffle Problem

Has anyone had any problems with the second generation iPod Shuffle?

I bought an iPod Shuffle in late April so I could run outdoors without trying to carry the iZombie around. I'd not had any trouble out of it until today. I was going to go for a run, but I turned it on and got nothing. No lights, no music, no showing up on my Mac.

I got caught in the rain running yesterday, but I know I had it covered the entire time and didn't notice any moisture on the casing when I got home, so I'm wondering if this was a battery issue. I'm dragging it back to the Apple Store tomorrow and hoping for the best.

... rats... :(

my iPod does that more than I like, it'll freeze up and just need to run down and re-boot

You should try to reset it, if you haven't already.

The instructions are here:

I can't even get the computer to recognize it. I tried to do a reset per the site instructions, but no luck.. :(

Aw, sorry - that's my only trick!

It sounds like a power problem, then - hopefully they can resolve it for you at the store.
