Days Five and Six

Another day in Swindon. I've gotten really comfortable walking around town, I actually know my way around here pretty well and the exercise hasn't hurt me either.

Finished my work here yesterday and I'm spending the next day writing the report, making travel arrangements to my next destination, etc. Overall, I feel very productive. I need to pack tonight and get ready for the next jaunt, which will be Ware, Hertforshire towards the North of London. There may be a chance of a revisit to London if time permits.

My legs ache a bit. I actually did my weight-lifting body pump class this morning at the hotel gym. The instructor Jules (a guy) does things a bit faster over here and I was having a hell of time keeping up with him. And with only three people in the morning class, I didn't have the masses to hide behind. Ugh! It was a good workout nonetheless. I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow.

Well, I'm off taking pictures of the buildings around Swindon. Some of them are derelict, but they're of such incredible architecture. Have some great pics of an abandoned clock tower and the local Anglican church. I'm going to grab lunch somewhere and do some last minute shopping. Then go lock myself in the hotel room and get that report written.

I'm hoping that I'll have an internet cafe close to the next stop. Otherwise, I'll just make journal entries once a week or so due to the long distance dial up.

Hey guy! Yes I am glad you suggested my doing this. My friends are just checking out the journal and it saves me sending out multiple emails. Plus, I have a record of the trip besides the pictures (oh, the hundreds of pictures). Thanks again, I'm sure I'll be chatting with you when I get back.

Actually you'd be surprised how "bear deficient" this place is. I've only seen a couple of cute "pocket bears" around this burg. I'll try to snag you one if possible ;-)
