How anyone could honestly think he didn't have to pay taxes on $1 million bucks is beyond me, but poor Richard Hatch will have a long time to think about. I think 51 months is excessive, but he'll likely be out early. I'm sure he may have pitched a reality series about his jail life to Fox.

I dont think he should have gone to prison at all. People who commit worst acts of thievery in this Country get rewarded.

It'll be one of those dating reality shows like Joe Millionaire or The Bachelor, but this is all prison-themed and half of the guys are named Bubba.

I'm more interested to hear if he's the butch or the bitch in jail. ;)

There's no doubt about that, if you saw him on Survivor.
AND he's lucky he didn't get double the amount of time he has to serve.
The judge said he lied on the stand; and judges don't like that one wittle bit.
