Work has been getting on my last nerve. Sadly, I think I have generating some of the bad mood myself, with catching up with a lot of administrative things that I despise doing, but have no choice in. I've been early to bed most nights this week. I took today off as a prize to myself for putting up with it for the week.

I had planned to be a good boy this morning and hit the gym. I awoke at 11 AM, so I didn't make it. I made to a matinee of An American Haunting. I love a good ghost story, this one is something of a period piece, starting in the present and going to a previous haunting in the same house back in the 1800's that parallels what is currently happening. Donald Sutherland and Sissy Spacek do a great job in this movie. It was an okay flick, the story was good, but it felt almost like a made-for-TV flick. A good movie going experience too, no teenagers despite the PG-13 rating, though the little brats should have been in school still.

After the movie, I did some window shopping for some method to organize the loose tee-shirts in the house, no progress there. After eating some not-so-low carb stuff at the movies, I went ahead and made it to the gym. A nice looking younger bear-type was working out on the elliptical trainer next to me. He was much more fun to watch than the movie playing on the cardio cinema screen.

Glad the movie was pretty good...I'm looking forward to seeing it now that I've read some info about the legend.
Have a great weekend!
