Softball Summer ... Maybe

With the weather getting warmer, I've been thinking about what to do this summer for fun. I have wanted to do something more active outdoors. While chatting with demcub the other night and found out that he's playing softball already in a gay league and he just moved to Columbus! I told him that I wished that we had something like that here and he sent me the link for River City Softball, the local Cincinnati league.

I saw that Hamburger Mary's has a team, among a list of many others. It says that they accept single players and will assign you to teams. I don't know what my travel schedule is going to be like this summer with a 3-week foreign trip in the uncertain wings, but I think I might just dust off the cleats and see what happens. Any other locals want to give it a go? Just curious.

I'm still getting information for the league. I'll have to be placed on a team, but the administrator says that shouldn't be a problem.
