... The Rest of Monday...
The day had some good points after a rather crappy morning start:
- A female co-worker put me in a good mood after our discussions about how a tampon could be used as a potential drug delivery system. I love absurdity. I haven't laughed like that in a long time. (Okay, it's geek humor)
- I got a text message from a cute guy I haven't chatted with or talked on the phone with in over a year. His sudden reappearance has me wondering.
- I fell off the low carb wagon today out of necessity of mood -- Chili dogs, donuts, and brownies.. oh my..
- My car was fixed and I picked it up today. While I am now much poorer, I cannot deny that the car runs so much better and quieter. That darn "check engine" light has also gone off (It was one of two oxygen sensors that was on the fritz). I've missed driving my poor little car, that 1994 Ford Taurus was getting on my nerves.
- The garage I took the car to have many bearish guys working there. Ron is a nice, broad-chested, grey-bearded daddy bear with a nice butt. Joe is a tall, thinner bearded bear with beautiful eyes. I wish there was a subtle way to take their pictures without them knowing. It's now my favorite garage.
- I picked up lime-salted chips and hot salsa from Chipotle on the way home. Low carb be damned.
- Over the last two weeks, I've been finding these quartz-type rocks in my yard. They don't match any of the rocks in the area. It's a mystery, but I'm not annoyed at it.
- I'm in the mood to draw something...

2) He's horny.
3) If Shimbex hadn't meant for us to eat carbs, he wouldn't have made them so tasty.
4) My car has the same issue.
5) You should see the little bear cub at the Cincinnati-Dayton Road Super Wal-Mart. I am SO getting my oil changed there from now on.
6) Have you tried the cheddar beer chips from World Market? Mmm... Yeasty...
7) Glacial debris. Think of them as imported from Canada.
8) You should totally draw a half-black-dragon kobold paladin bravely challenging an evil sorcerer who is holding several kobolds and other smaller races prisoner. Just a thought.
8b) I second the above licks. GrrrOWL!

Glacial debris? Nah, I am still trying to figure out where these stones are coming from...
And thanks for 8b :)

They were too expensive when I was studying in Ireland. Since then I've been working in Holland and Germany where the public transport is fantastic.
At this stage I'm so used to paying €16.50 for my weekly ticket for the trams and buses that I can't imagine making car payments.
(It is a bit embarassing though - having to get lifts to places outside the city)
