'Twas the Night Before Hallowe'en

Day went pretty well. Just the usual office stuff and an afternoon trip for collection of inspection records. Typical day for me.

The evening was far better. Had dinner with cincycub at the Olive Garden. Been way too long since he and I had dinner and conversation. It was good to catch up with him face-to-face.

Just saw the series premiere of "Tru Calling" with Eliza Dushku. As a Buffy fan, I felt I should see how her new series was going to turn out. So far, it's seems pretty good. I'm looking forward to seeing it again.

Well, I'm thinking about bed. It's been a long day and I'm looking forward to getting to the office tomorrow. Since my costume isn't as intricate as last year's, my chances of winning the office costume contest aren't as good. Still, it'll be fun to see how everyone dresses up. My office has some very inventive people.

We watched it too - Mike loves her. It wasn't too bad - I'll watch again.

I like the way that it spans a day. It's a little like "24" in a way in that it has a very fast pace. I was impressed, because I feared that it would stink, but I think the writing is actually pretty good.
