Free Skyline and the Blues
Ah, it was nice to see the first real snow of the year falling for me (I wasn't here during the last dusting we had), even if it did cause the Cincinnati highways to become full of idiots rather suddenly.
I went to lunch today at Skyline Chili. Our usual waitress is Robyn, a tall, brash blonde who is always a lot of fun. The place was hopping today, full of people who wanted to get out of their offices for lunch. In the confusion, Robyn pulled a first, forgetting our drinks and being a bit less than her usual attentive self. We didn't complain, we knew that she was busy. As an apology, she gave us lunch for free, which we didn't want her to do. After she threatened to charge us double, we left her a large tip and said thanks.
After work, I went to the gym, lifted weights and did 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical trainer. I came home, showered, and fell into a funk for some reason. Maybe it was the dower weather or other things, but I'm a bit off, not in a great mood, not even in the mood to flirt and chat on 411. It's a strange thing, as working out generally makes me feel better.
Oh well....

Sorry about the funk. It happens. Take a hot bath, put a dvd in and pop some popcorn. Good times. Don't forget to seal the deal before bed!
