I just got an email that there may be an opportunity to do an overseas work trip between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Tentatively, it's scheduled from November 25th to December 16th. The trip is to the UK, Germany, and Ireland....

Hmmm.... decisions, decisions.. :)

Update: I sent the email saying I wanted to go, so now we wait.....

Well, therein lies the issue, they only tell you the country, but not the actual cities you'll be in until you sign up :)

That sucks. Either they don't want everyone applying to go to the good cities or they want you to go to the outer banks of civilization, but don't want to tell you until you've committed to going.

I just sent the email that I'm interested, it depends on if I'm the first to respond. With the trip between the holidays, my guess is that there is a good chance I'll get it. A lot of people have vacation scheduled for that time period :)

Just so's you know, that timeframe is just about perfect for hitting German Christkindlmarkts -- Christmas markets. There's probably six or seven sets of photos at our website.
