HTML and Web Pages

For years, I have been meaning to put a web page together. I just haven't had time or gumption to put one together. Considering some of the skills of some of my LJ friends, I know my meager skills, learning from Creating Web Page for Dummies and other beginner books, would pale in comparison as would the end result.

So I started creating them last night and got a fair amount done. I put several pages together and then realized it was 4 AM. When I enjoy doing something, I tend to lose track of time. They look okay, but still need more work before I post them.

The only negative is that I woke up at 3 PM today. It's hard to enjoy the day when half of it is pretty much gone. Tomorrow.. work... ugh!

There are programs out there to help with website creation. Are you using any of them?

The book I'm using has a Dreamweaver trial that I'm trying that works pretty well.

I've never used Dreamweaver but I've heard good things about it.

It's actually pretty easy to use. I guess that is what I like about it most.

Actually, the Dreamweaver software is exactly what I was looking for, I like the graphical representation of putting the site together, but still like to be able to see the HTML and know what the heck it means.
