Day Ten (Ware, England)
Not much going on. Started work today and from the immediate looks of things, may finish up tomorrow or Wednesday. Geez, wish my domestic work would go so quickly. Then, I'll spend the next few days writing the report before my trip to Italy. Admittedly, I'm getting that yearning to be home already. Actually, it's to sleep in my own bed, if I had to point it out. The hotel is fine, but not home. Ah well....
Tried calling my office and no one was at their phones. Makes me wonder if there is some mass training going on or is everyone actually out working instead. Not sure, I'm sure I'll be updated if something juicy is going on. I did find out a few days ago that employees in my pay bracket are now EXPECTED to conduct foreign inspectons. Not much change for me, but I'm sure all of the married with kids folks aren't too happy about a 3 week jaunt out of the country, leaving the spouse alone with the young'uns. (There's that KY accent again)
Well, I'm off to try the office again and then get ready for dinner. The folks I'm working with have invited me out for Indian food. Not that I mind Indian food, but it's not my first choice. Just going to be polite. I'll try to update later.
