Birthday Party and Meeting New Friends

It's been another busy weekend, but a lot of fun.

I met up with cincycub and friends to celebrate nonljeric's birthday at Bucca di Beppo (sp?). Dinner was great, so many carbs, but oh so good. Stupid me left my camera in the car, but luckily Brian was taking photos ;)

Afterward was a visit to Hamburger Mary's for drinks. It was a good time, the place really fills up quickly.

Today, I met up with a chat buddy from 411 who had a layover at CVG on his way home to Portland. This winking handsome guy is Karl.



We had a late lunch at Max & Erma's and had a great time laughing at everything from dating to family to work. He's a great guy and nice to look at as well. Before I knew it, it was nearly 4:30 PM and Karl was almost late to grab his flight. I gave him a kiss and a hug and wished him a safe flight home.



My only regret is that I missed the open house at aaron1978 and Sean's. By the time, Karl and I finished up at lunch, it was nearly five, when the open house ended.

Actually, this one was at the airport, but I like the new Max & Erma's at Crestview too. Have you been to the Pub yet? That place is fun, but always packed! :)

He's a really super-sweet guy. He called me last night after he landed to chat because we didn't have time for a real goodbye. Sigh, all the good men are married (to other men). :)
